[About color difference]
There may be slight color difference between pictures and objects due to differences in contrast display between light and shade on personal monitors.
[About odor]
Shoes that just leave the factory will inevitably have some glue odor, which has nothing to do with the quality. The glue odor in the ventilation place will disappear.
[About after-sales]
All distributors support returns and exchanges for 30 days without affecting two sales. Freight distributors pay for themselves.
[About quality] The company is responsible for all handling expenses of broken bottom, degumming, breakage, serious color difference and serious stain. Small thread head, small stain, slight color difference, glue, indentation, odor, dislike and bad-looking are not quality problems.
TERMS OF SALE
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly accurate values. Since most of the products have intricate handwork, there may be slight variation in the pictures displayed and the respective actual products. The original color of items which you buy may differ minutely from the images due to camera capture sensitivity, lighting & even your system screens, so there may be a minor possibility in change of brightness & contrast.

Returns Policy
1. You have 3 days to inform us and 14 days to return it from the date of receiving. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered USED and we will not be in the position to give you a refund or replacement.
2. All returned items MUST be in the original packaging, not be altered, sized, damaged or wrong item and you must provide us the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return.
3.Return goods charges would be borne by the buyer only.
